Our mission is to tell the stories of ALL residents, not just those with active families and photos.

Reminisart Inc has developed a private, digital portal for homes that facilitates collaboration to build photo-based stories: families and friends, community groups and volunteers, family councils and other residents. 

Our fully supported, self-guided process makes it easy to create a beautiful, personalized collage to gift to each resident – no extra capital expenditure; minimal staff time. 

Your team follows progress and we provide home-wide coaching.

It’s a simple, scalable way to shift the focus from condition to connection.

We are currently inviting a small group of care homes - early adopters who are already invested in innovative person-centred memory care programming, to participate in a proof-of-concept trial, to explore the impact of these collages on the care environment, and to refine the implementation process.
